Let’s Rally for Energy Independence!
Please join me and Governor Ed Rendell at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, July 2, in support of our Energy Independence Strategy. The news conference will take place at the Wawa, located at 706 E. Gay St. in West Chester.

Our Energy Independence Strategy would provide thousands of new jobs and save Pennsylvanians a projected $10 billion in energy costs over the next 10 years. By stressing conservation and renewable and alternative energy sources, we can lower utility costs, reduce our dependence on foreign oil and strengthen our national security.
I realize this is short notice for many of you, but I wanted to make you aware of it. And I hope that you can join us. Working together, we can make Pennsylvania an economic and energy powerhouse for decades to come.
